Second, The hotels.com app allowed selecting this hotel for a family of 5, but all the rooms cannot accommodate more than 4. On Breakfast they served dry bread. "OK. Where do I even begin!! Customer service was great. Room was clean and tidy. That is all the positives. Now for the real stuff. Upon arrival I went to my room and it was hot. I asked them to turn on the AC. They said they could not because it was against the law??? What?? They are not allowed to use AC in the Winter. They told me to open my windows.
