"We have only good things to say about this property. It was conveniently located for our rental car location. They had shuttles to/from the airport. The property looked new or newly renovated, the room was large, clean and very comfortable. There was a restaurant on premises as well as a lounge/bar area. The staff were VERY helpful and courteous - and spoke many different languages."

"First I’ll point out what I’d say are obvious to most stays in Italy, just because I think it’s good information for Americans like us. A lot of people on these apps leave negative feedback for these reasons, but just know that we’re in Italy and these factors are just about everywhere here. 1) there are steps to get to your room, sometimes a lot of them. 2) a lot of places don’t have elevators (this one DOES) 3) the showers are small! I’m 6’4” and 240lbs… I fit, but it’s not like home, lol....

I had an upgrade do that the AC wasn't working in the room I was assigned to. Breakfast was very good and the Capuchinos were amazing. Bathroom ok, but dirty dirty shower. "

"The resort was average with some maintenance issues like our air conditioner was broken, they came and looked at it and agreed it was broken. Did not move us but did provide a fan the 2nd night upon request. What makes this place that we would highly recommend was the service. Outstanding. From the airport driver to the hotel staff, to the resturant, they were attentive, efficient and delightful to visit. Truly a great place. The food was excellent and abundant. Pool clean. Great place."

"Nice old style hotel with proper lobby, right across from lakefront promenade. Best value found! Very friendly staff, free gated parking! Just our front is quiet lawn area with bars and restaurants putting their chairs out at night. Loved it."

"Situated very close to the ferrys at Baveno. Our room had a partial lake view and a nice balcony. Housekeeping was excellent. We didn't eat at the restaurant, so cannot comment on that. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
