Plenty of information leaflets of what's around and what amenities are withig the hotel and where. Dining options, booking advised. "Was given notices months in advance that they would be going through some renovations during our stay; this was no problem to us. We were still able to park on-site and they are just minutes from The Roman Bath, a must! Everyone was warm and welcoming. The restaurant at the hotel was top notch! One of the few placed that we stayed that had a fridge in the room! Our room was comfortable; fan was provide. "
