We appreciated the space of the rooms, the nice shower (only wish it was a bit hotter), smart tvs. Having a kitchen was a nice touch although we did not use it much. "Our room was very spacious.it had everything and more we needed. The breakfast was a very good way to start our day. The breakfast staff were wonderful. Check out is at 10 am.Room keys were already not working when coming back from breakfast at 9:45. We were refused a later check out from Joanna the night prior. They were able to keep our bags and able to use the pool till our 1 pm departure. "

"Extremely slow to serve drink and food. Ordering two sandwiches before 12:00 pm and specifically asking to be ready before 12:30 pm in order to catch a long distance bus on time, only one sandwich was ready at 12:45 pm and forgot to make the second one. The second one was ready at 1:05 pm after complaining several times."

"Absolutely loved the apartment. Very close proximity to the beach and loads of restaurants in the area. Didn't use the resort facilities (pools etc.) as prefer the beach. All in all a fantastic area to stay in. Small complaint was I was not expecting a extra cost of 99 euros for cleaning, housekeeping is only done once through the stay and obviously at the end of the stay but I thought this was a bit excessive!"
