"After arriving at the reception only to be told they had no notification of us staying at the property . This was very upsetting, intially we thought we had been scammed . I had to contact Rental Valley who then spoke to the receptionist."

"The apartment was a great spot for a few nights in Praia da Luz. The apartment has potential but is in need of some repairs (door handles breaking off, skirting board stickers peeling off etc) and it was quite unclean- hair and sand on the floor on check in, there is also mould in the bedroom on the ceiling and marks all over the walls. The space itself is generous and the kitchen is well equipped. Quiet at night which was a bonus for us. Check in was easy and smooth."
