"Stayed at the hotel on my last night in Stavanger as I was leaving on an early morning flight. It was about a 10 minute walk from/to the airport terminal, fine in dry weather but wouldn't have been great in adverse conditions. The room was of a high standard although the view included a cemetery. Dinner was of a good quality but although I ate relatively early the kitchen seemed to close part way through my meal and I had to go and stand at the till in order to pay the bill. "Eilert Smith Hotel exceeded our expectations!!! This is a Luxury Boutique Hotel. They treat you like royalty right when you walk in the door. I would definitely stay there again in Stavanger.
