"Room was outdated. Especially the tv and the bathroom. Generally however was kept clean and customer service was nice. Worst thing however was we were told we can only late check out till 12, even though they give options for late check out at 1pm and 2pm online. They were still trying to charge the same amount for less hours"

"A great hotel in a great location, just across the road from Piccadilly train station and a stones throw away from canal street and China town. The rooms are really comfortable. However it can be luck of the draw which rooms you get. Some of them are looking old now and a bit dated inside and some of them are small, to give the hotel its due, it does state that there upgrading the rooms and you may get a new or old style room. The bathrooms are always of an excellent size. Great tea and coffee...

"Excellent check in, welcoming and informative staff. Dog friendly which suited our stay. Gym and pool available for hotel guests to use. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout with plenty of parking spaces and met our needs perfectly. Thank you to all the staff. "
