"It's just inside the City Center but far from places tourists would want to visit, so definitely budget extra time to get to attractions. No shopping or other dining options around the property. Isolated place. Just a tiny coffee shop next to the Clinic. Okay if you are on a business trip but not otherwise. What I liked was the helpfulness of the front desk staff, including Amador and Jean Carlos and Max. Not so great - I asked for a 2:15 am wakeup call for my Colca Canyon Tour and got a 1:15...

"The hotel itself is very nice and the atmosphere was great. We were able to have breakfast in the patio and Briham offered us excellent service. We got to our hotel in the very early hours of the morning and we were offered coffee and breakfast. Our rooms were not ready and were told that we would get a text when ready. We never received the message so we checked in the late afternoon. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again."
