"You may want to spend some time educating your Front Desk people on customer service. When I checked in, the individual was rather impatient with me. When I checked out, I asked for a paper bill. The individual never asked how my stay was nor thanked me for staying with you. Considering the hotel choices in the area, I would assume you want your employees to be attentive, respectful, courteous, and enthusiastic when greeting guests. "

"When I checked in the lady had a strange attitude Every time I saw her she asked me was our resident that made me feel uncomfortable. Other than that. They had to fix the climate control in the room. Plug up the refrigerator, and my phone didn't work. The room was wonderful though as well as the hotel. I thought for the price there should at least be a free breakfast of some kind."
