"Lovely room and bathroom - slight complaint about the lighting in the bedroom as it was difficult to do make up due to the subdued lighting. Otherwise excellent stay good friendly helpful staff. "

"Room was super clean and spacious. Ned comfortable. Only negative was that the lights on the heaters glow so brightly that room wasnt dark and that kept waking me up. Seating area near bar is tired and could do with upholstering and the floor was littered and untidy, however the rest of the hotel was clean and tidy. We have stayed here several times and give it a thumbs up, its not 5 star but it isstill a lovely hotel and very good value for money."

"Room was outdated. Especially the tv and the bathroom. Generally however was kept clean and customer service was nice. Worst thing however was we were told we can only late check out till 12, even though they give options for late check out at 1pm and 2pm online. They were still trying to charge the same amount for less hours"

"Great location, close to Piccadilly, tram and buses. The breakfast, coffee and drinks were delicious and the staff very friendly and open to help."
