"I had low expectations coming into this hotel due to the negative reviews, but I’m happy to say many of the concerns people had seem to have been addressed. Rats: There were previous complaints about rats, but we didn’t see any during our stay. There’s a cat house on the property, and the cats are let out at night to keep any rodent issues in check. "I had an amazing experience here. The food across the board was delicious - definitely had options for everyone. The staff was the best I’ve ever experienced at an all-inclusive. They were basically on the vacation with me lol. The resort itself is gorgeous and very accommodating. The only pitfall was that they didn’t have as many activities/entertainment as I would have liked. It may have been due to the clientele but otherwise, highly recommend. "

"Front desk was very helpful with helping me with where to park and that was appreciated. We were there on a Friday night so it was loud until after midnight because of the rooftop bar. It didn’t bother us but something to consider if you have children with you. It was a great location across from Wilheminaoarkin Punda,"
