"Hotel generally fine, though we had a couple of negatives. 1- we chose the hotel in large part to make use of spa facilities, only to find that restricted hours in the holiday season meant this was not useable for us. 2- our room was part of an adjoining pair. At night a very loud couple of young men opened their adjoining door and continued being noisy. Thankfully, when I opened our door and asked them nicely if they could keep it down a bit, they did."

"The Red House is a delightful old, large three story town house in a more up-market part of Grantham, if there is such a thing. Large room with high ceilings and original features - not to everyone's taste but perfect for me. Very quiet and peaceful but easy walk to the town center. As a renovated old building the facilities are, naturally, not like a modern hotel. but everything worked fine and the host was charming. Will definitely stay again on my frequent visits to Grantham especially as it...
