"The rooms are starting to show their age. The bathroom faucets all have signs of wear and tear, and the carpet is clearly worn. Should be an easy fix when they re-decorate. Also the balconies should be improved so they can be useable in good weather. Currently they are simply locked which is a waste. The swimming pool is closed whenever it rains, so they should build an indoor pool instead. Parking lot smells."
