"Very good restaurant with excellent service staff, excellent meal too. Very nice property with pool. Rooms are dated though and in need of new paint. Staff at front desk were very nice and helpful. It was nice you could rent bikes from the hotel to travel around town. Overall good value for the money. "

"Can’t fault the property. However the guests (father and child) were talking loud enough to wake us up around 9:30 pm. Went to bed early after a long 4-1/2 hours drive. Then a man, not sure if this is the same man started a conversation around 9:55 pm. And this morning the same girl was making too much noise to wake us up at 7:30 am.can’t sleep anymore."

"Very nice older style motel with updated amenities inside. Clean and comfortable with lovely service. Pool was heaven after a hot day and was not chlorine but saltwater (yay). Lovely entryway with piano and curved staircase to upper floor. Restaurant on site that caters breakfast as well. We would definitely stay again. "

"Strange property - we arrived to find a deserted house that we feared was abandoned! Then we got a text asking us to call when we were 39 mins away and someone would come to meet us - that would have been useful the day before! We were then greeted and given keys to the house and our room, which was lovely. You are very much on your own here but once we got used to that it was peaceful and comfortable. "A wonderful place to stay. We came in early 2020 and haven't managed to return until late 2024. Little has changed: no wear and tear, but the same stunning view and a magnificently appointed bedroom and bathroom. Perfect for exploring the Southern Vales, or for a short get-away from Adelaide. "
