Friday afternoon/evening in the reception area very busy with an event that had been rearranged from the previous weekend. Restaurant very busy, but calm and very competent service. Friday evening noise in the corridor where our room was situated, was bordering on the extreme, Saturday evening, the complete opposite. Restaurant food good value and reasonable menu. Breakfast was tasty and again well...

"Staff were lovely, very helpful esp when it was my mums birthday and they gave her a box of chocolates However, the hotel has become very tired looking and outdated. Sofas are worn, carpets have holes in them, bathrooms need showers instead of baths (especially for the older) Having to walk outside to get to the pool. It also is very tired and outdated Gardens are beautiful and kept immaculate "
