"I stayed at the Causeway Hotel for the first time with my wife Rev Caroline Burns. We were greeted by very friendly and efficenr staff who helped carry our luggage on account of my disabilities. They had lovely bar and night staff. The beds were very comfortable. We both sleprt grom the minute we hit the pilliw to morning and the rooms delightfully decorated. The food was delicious and the service both at breakfast and dinner very welcoming and attentive. Super Friendly would be a word to cover all the staff here making you feel special, as if it was your own home."

"Another fab stay at the Lodge, which is in a perfect location for exploring north coast. Also lovely to see familiar faces still around despite the hotel having changed ownership. Special request made at time of booking for room with walk in shower accommodated. Enjoyed a delicious evening meal in restaurant - service and food excellent. Breakfast wasn't the usual "help yourself buffet" due to the hotel being quiet, but portions were more than generous and food was well prepared and piping hot. Minor issue with payment for room which was rectified immediately when it was discovered and staff very apologetic. "

"Just spent 3 nights here. Staff excellent as was the restaurant and bar facilities. Room serviced daily and always clean It is also very popular with locals and advise booking the restaurant It’s located about 15 min walk along the river walkway from the centre of Derry but if you don’t want walk taxis are plentiful and cheap If I had any small issue was that we were ground floor and suffered slightly from noise associated with the nearby shops and the bins from the bar There has been lot of money spent on hotel and it shows Special shout out to the restaurant staff and manager Would definately recommend both Derry and this hotel for a stay "

"There are no plugs beside the beds and we use medical equipment. The reception contacted maintenance and they had an extension lead brought to the room within minutes but we then had a cable trailing from one wall to opposite side of room where beds were which wasn't ideal. I would hope this is taken in2 acct with the new refurbishment taking place. Street parking opposite is £5 depending when you arrive. Hotel charge £14 per night."
