"We had a very comfortable stay. Quiet location beside a beautiful city park. Walking distance to city centre, pub with meals and supermarket. Good size clean and modern room with king bed and great shower. Off street parking outside room. Although not staffed, key collection and instructions were very detailed and clear. Only improvements would be a smart TV and larger bar fridge. We would stay again."

"Waratah is a beautifully renovated historic building located on one the hills in Launceston. The room was large and well apponted. The bathroom is new and spotless. The bed is very comfortable. They do not serve any food so come prepared. There are a number of good cafes and restaurants, however, you need to drive or get an Uber/taxl. Yhe hill is too steep for a comfortable walk. There are numerous steps between the car pak and the front door."
