Breakfast is good. I stayed there 2 nights. First night, air conditioner did not work. Staff gave me an electric fan. I asked for tidy-up room in the 2nd day. No room cleaning was done when I came back. The big bed ok, but the second bed is too soft.

Minor issue with bathroom water pressure. Bed was good. Greatview of city. Our package came with continental breakfast which was tasty. Found staff very helpful. At checkin we were given a list of eateries open on Sunday and Mondays as Launceston closes down after the weekend. Parking was supplied and was on ctv.

Clean, comfy and convenient.
We wanted a reasonably priced, clean and comfortable room for a few nights in Launceston and thats what we got. Our room was a little dated, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The night porter was exceptionally friendly and helpful and all the staff were good. Location is convenient and free breakfast is a great bonus.

Great location and value
Great location,comfortable bed, large room and good shower plus parking and breakfast which was fabulous. There was a little noise from the adjoining room but it was brief and stopped early. I Highly recommend this hotel in Launceston and will stay again. The gentleman on reception was particularly friendly and helpful regarding the city eating places.
