Lovely staff, nice food, beautiful room, nice, clean and cosy, location was perfect. Only thing needs improvement is the spa looked really dirty, was yellowish, so didn't feel like using it. Evn the pool looked really dirty, plenty of hair floating around, wud be gr8 if it's cleaned.

Always stay here with my grandchildren when we are in Launceston. The units are spacious & well equipped for cooking. There’s an IGA next door & several takeaway options within walking distance or there is an on-site bistro. Kids love the pool too.

Our rooms carpet was dirty. There was dirt and mould along the skirt near the shower. The shower door could not be closed as a piece of moulding had come loose. The bed was as hard as a rock so sleep was not achievable. We left after 1 night at 6am of a 3 night stay. Not happy and won’t return. No refund was offered by the property just a “sorry” you should have let us know.

I didnt enjoy the beds so hard uncomfortable that was my only issue they need better bed went from sleep from queen bed to bunk bed still same. And had to wash dishes in bathroom sink no kitchen sink apart from that great service
