"Very good. Nice hotel, location in a smart area very quiet though the metro or tram seems to go underneath which is quite loud first and last thing at night. There’s a food hall just opposite with a range of options. Food options in the hotel only open until 9.30 and no room service option after that. Excellent views from the terrace on the 7th floor. "

He wasn't at all interested in helping and claimed that none of the food had the allergen that I have (false). His attitude was one of I don't want to help, I don't want to look for the list, tough! "While checking in close to midnight I was told my booking was cancelled. Only because I insisted for 10 minutes, I received a room. The room was very large, nice and comfortable bed. clean shower. Breakfast was okay, fresh and yet very standard. Hotel is 5 minutes' walk from the train station which was very convenient to me. The wellness area is nice and clean, swimming pool is very small (not for swimming...)"

"Nice family friendly hotel in a good location and secure parking for a very small fee. Close to motorway, 15 minutes from Breda city centre, local attractions and nature (Biesbosch). Lots of local shops, pubs and food places on the doorstep. Friendly service, good breakfast and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Family room we booked was huge with a seating area and lots of space but a little dark. We will definitely book again for our regular trips to this part of the Netherlands. "

"I have stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times now, whilst on business trips to Utrecht. It has always been a great place to stay, given the level of comfort and price point for a good 4* hotel. Location - right in a shopping mall and a short stroll from a) the station and b) the old town. Plenty of eateries within a short distance, too. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of sockets, a decent coffee machine and big TV. "
