"The hotel is very nice and very clean. Employee checking us in didn't seem to know what he was doing and our room was not ready, which was frustrating. Room and bathroom were beautiful but shower heads were lacking and the tile floor got very slippery and, therefore, dangerous. "

And on the day we left, we had to leave before breakfast was normally served, so she made us a "to-go" breakfast before we left that was delicious! "We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over"
