Breakfast was free, hot, and plentiful (scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, etc…) The staff members were friendly. The property itself needs some TLC though. There were broken floor tiles, the fixtures in our room’s bathtub were loose, the door lock for one of the main floor restroom stalls was broken, and 3 of the 4 elevators were also broken. The 4th elevator worked most of the time, but froze sometimes,...

"Excellent hotel and property where we have stayed 2 times and will def stay again! Friendly staff, clean and nice rooms with full kitchens (1-bedroom suite is worth the extra cost!), good breakfast, easy parking (fairly expensive but par for the course at this location), the pool and pool room are awesome, walkable to Cle Clinic. They also have a dedicated shuttle for patients. Highly recommend! "
