Service in the restaurant and bar unusally slow. Difficult to obtain a direct email to communicate late arrival to the front desk."

"Loved my stay here. Front desk was very kind, helpful and informative. Shuttle was convenient you just need to know the metro/buses. Breakfast was good, just enough. They had good drinks and the price is perfect. Also the rooms were very updated and clean so I recommend staying there. My only con would be the surroundings area, no issues but seems a little sketchy and run down. "
