"This was a place to stay near the train station after my flight from the US. It satisfied what I needed, which was a place to sleep, a good shower, and close to the train station. This place isn’t really a hotel – – it’s more like they bought an apartment and then split it up into rooms. The gentleman at reception met me at the door and carried my luggage up which I very much appreciated. I would stay here again. "

"The hotel was situated in the perfect location for sightseeing famous historic landmarks. Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. Only fault was that it didn't have a lift and we were on the 2nd floor with a lot of luggage."

"Do not stay here! Extremely rude customer service from lady at front desk. We paid the city tax in cash when we arrived, however, as we were checking out she tried to charge us again. We advised that we had paid, she insisted we didn’t and treated us as if we were trying to steal from her. Most horrible experience we’ve ever had. I could not believe that she doesn’t keep records of who paid, and treats customers like that. Also, THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST, hotels.com has incorrect information...

"It was not great. Maybe it was just the room we got; perhaps we should have asked to see the room options. But we were just herded into the one so it was not that we had a choice. Very terrible breakfast and the staff were barely helpful - that could also be because of the language barrier. The bathroom in our room was awful. Old but at least clean. I would not stay there again but not many alternative options in Aprillia however. Also no elevator so be prepared to lug your cases us the stairs...
