"It was not great. Maybe it was just the room we got; perhaps we should have asked to see the room options. But we were just herded into the one so it was not that we had a choice. Very terrible breakfast and the staff were barely helpful - that could also be because of the language barrier. The bathroom in our room was awful. Old but at least clean. I would not stay there again but not many alternative options in Aprillia however. Also no elevator so be prepared to lug your cases us the stairs...

"A pleasant budget hotel close to termini, eating & drinking places. Head down the street/hill & coliseum is approx 15-20 walk. Clean & tidy & friendly staff. Beds for us were disappointing as wire sprung with basic mattress, was single beds for 5 persons so double/twin may be different. Cleaned, fresh towels & toiletries. Basic continental breakie. It worked for us at the price. Nothing adverse & found out on leaving there is a courtyard at rear for sit out. "

"Do not stay here! Extremely rude customer service from lady at front desk. We paid the city tax in cash when we arrived, however, as we were checking out she tried to charge us again. We advised that we had paid, she insisted we didn’t and treated us as if we were trying to steal from her. Most horrible experience we’ve ever had. I could not believe that she doesn’t keep records of who paid, and treats customers like that. Also, THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST, hotels.com has incorrect information...
