"We have stayed on many occasions so we are very familiar with the hotel. After a 6 hour drive from Como we wanted to have a meal and as we have a dog couldn't eat in the restaurant so I went down to the bar and ordered room service. "Perfect spot in Metz between old town and new. Very walkable. Beautiful grounds. Only complaint was AC. Called down to front, but still unable to cool. Thankfully it was a pleasant night so we could open a window. Gave great recommendations on dinner and a coffee shop in AM."

"They gave me a room the was directly on the highway at street level, very noisy. Also, AC in the room barely worked and did not dehumidifier, I was drenched!"
