"The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. I booked it as it was close to the airport, Being a five minute walk from Graceland was a nice bonus. I did not like having to pay for parking, and the expected southern hospitality was not a thing in this hotel. "Hotel was clean and modern, also very quiet. A pick off the menu breakfast was included and our waitress, Rachel, was nice and very accommodating. What I didn't like, was the free breakfast was not explained in detail prior to arrival or at check in."

"The hotel is very nice and most of the staff were great. They received a lower rating because the cleaning staff left our door open. We called the front desk to tell them and to notify them that we didn't get any new towels. Eventually 2 large towels were delivered, but nothing else was replaced."

"Our original room had a bathroom door that would not close. We were immediately assigned another room. That is first class service - something rare in this day and age."

"Enjoyed staying at Arrive!!! Great location downtown that was close to a lot of restaurants, bars and historical sites. Valet closes early and is not 24/7 which I did not care for but other than that I would stay again"
