"This place was a private haven in the middle of Memphis! The entire property has a privacy fence with gate which definitely makes you feel safe and secure! We absolutely LOVED the Viking kitchen stove since we cook quite often, and the large shower was wonderful and luxurious! The beds were quite comfortable, and the customer assistance from Julia was great! She was available for helping answer questions, help us get into the property gate, etc. she was very kind and prompt with her replies...

"This place photographs a bit better than it actually is, especially the bathroom. The bathroom needs a total renovation. I didn't even want to get in the tub. Backyard needs to be cleaned up and kept that way. In bedroom there is only one curtain panel per window rather than the 2 per window, a savings that makes the room look cheap. The living room and kitchenette were fine. The location is close to park and looks like the neighborhood is improving"

I wanted to give them space but be close by and this was the perfect place for me - it was quiet, safe, comfortable, bed was great, internet was fast and had all the conveniences I needed. I was able to have food on hand for stacks, dried out my clothes when I got caught in the rain and was able to work part of the time.
