"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. Food was good and plenty of options. Yes there are a few - maybe 3 stray dogs on the beach but they do not bother you and the staff look after them and feed them. Well worth a stay and would go back again! Fabulous sunsets as well. "

"A little disorganised at check in. Reception staff insisted I present them with a voucher before they would give us access to the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!! Not ideal after a 12 hour flight from London. 90 minutes completely wasted and frustrating to say the least. However, that was the only issue with the hotel. Room was huge, food excellent, selection of drinks was excellent and all staff super friendly at all times. "
