Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. "I can't believe I found this property and last minute at that. It is located literally in the center of everything yet you can sleep to peace and quiet every night. It is very clean, AC works perfectly, and it's easy to get everywhere. I wish I could rate it even higher. Highly recommended if you're ever in Nice. You don't need to even use the bus anywhere, everything is near by."

"Very convenient to the train station which was my purpose in staying here. The crowd is not touristy around here as a result. Found that I was able to take the lift up rather quickly. I ended up taking the stairs down often due to time. The sounds echo throughout which challenged and early bedtime. The water pressure was perfect and the staff was kind. "

"We had a brilliant stay, would highly recommend it. We were right on the beach front, easy to walk everywhere we wanted and the room was lovely. You did still have to pay for beds by the beach but it was a discounted rate. Would love to go back! "
