"The rooms, gym, pool, sauna and steam room. I didn't like the gym hours opening at 7am, prefer 5am. And the restaurant options for me were below par. "

"Hicimos la reservación sin saber que aceptaban mascotas, cuando llegamos el cuarto tenía bolas de pelos enredados en el cable del teléfono y manchas en la alfombra. Dos cuartos vecinos habían metido a sus perros a escondidas y estaban ladre y ladre, tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación cosa que si hicieron sin problema."

"I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Mexico and had an overall pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, the location convenient, and the room was clean and well-maintained. My only small complaints were that the towels provided were quite rough, and there were no washcloths available. The bed was also a little firm for my liking. That said, these were minor issues in an otherwise comfortable stay. I’d consider staying here again."
