"overall good but lacks attention to detail… the room was great until I started hearing the loud impact noise (heavy footsteps, dragging furniture, dropping things on the floor, etc) from the guests upstairs through the ceiling. That was the biggest issue."

Patio small but adequate with 2 chairs and a table. Breakfast outside on the deck was lovely with lots of choice and eggs cooked fresh the hotel is right on the beach with the main drag directly outside. Not noisy. "
