"I tripped in the hallway on a plastic strap (the kind that might be found on a shipping box or packet of newspapers). This type of strapping is a dangerous trip hazard and should never be left on the floor. "

"We enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everyone from the valets to the front desk is very nice and always eager to greet us and assist with anything we need. We did receive a room upgrade to a very nice suite. The room was very clean and had everything we could possibly want. The hotel is located in a great spot in which everything is within walking distance and if my car was needed, it was just a quick call to the front desk and it would be ready for...

"It was a fine 5 days of food, shopping and walking. One glitch was the construction project next door. Also, a strong smell of diesel. The hotel offered another space for us to get away from it. However. for some reason, the crew quit at noon and the smell stopped. Staff was very responsive and came to our room and started the on wall heater/air conditioner to clear the smell. Thanks for the support."

"We only met the on site manager once. We needed paper towels and laundry detergent which he brought. It’s just that the 2 other hotels had outstanding staffs that made us feel very welcome"
