"Very nice property, the staff are very nice and friendly. The only issue was they don't assign the room according to the booking. I booked standard Seaview 1 BR apartment, they assigned handicap unit. The apartment layouts are not the same, so beware what you are booking and will be assigned. "

"Room with access to the pool is a must. Hotel is fairly dated, certainly needs renovations especially in the rooms. More like a 3 star in terms of service & amenities. Staff speak pretty much no English (thankfully I speak little french) and no translation for help/instructions, as well as breakfast is quite limited. In all beautiful hotel but expected much more in other areas."

"Double séjour au Sarana, d'abord en chambre deluxe puis en suite junior : dans les deux cas, ravis du séjour. Le cadre est absolument exceptionnel au cœur du cirque de Salazie, dans un calme total. Le service est agréable de la réception au départ : nous avons randonné à Mafate entre nos deux chambres, aucun souci pour garder nos bagages.
