"We did not get to stay at the property , I have no idea how this happened I wanted to book for St. Pierre the island of Nfld you can imagine my disappointment when after 2 hours looking & no one to help us a delivery man figured it out I changed my booking after being told there was no ferry on Monday & thought all was good I could not call hotel as we had no phones with us as we were out of the country so we lost out.."

"Très déçus de pas avoir pu manger au restaurant un soir de St Valentin, impossible de réserver en ligne, même pas pris la peine d'essayer de trouver une solution, obligés de se débrouiller pour trouver à manger à l'extérieur, et qui plus est, assez loin avec embouteillage. Un hôtel sans pouvoir manger n'est pas un hôtel, peu importe le jour. (Pas de services proposés dans l'hôtel comme massages, spa,...) Lit bébé "cassé" et pas de matelas dedans. Impossible de s'assoir sur la terrasse car...

"What a delightful little find this was! The property owner is absolutely delightful and so very helpful. The room is very spacious and the surrounding areas are lovely. The actual town of Cilaos is so quaint. Really loved it. The actual hotel is quiet, safe, and clean and very centrally located. The parking is very easy and secure as the gate locks at night. Overall, really great place to spend a night or several. Cilaos is a stunning place!"

"Stephane war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, abends bei einem Kaltgetränk zusammen zu sitzen und zu quatschen, war äußerst entspannend und angenehm. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und man sollte sich keinesfalls das Abendessen entgehen lassen, wenn es angeboten wird."

"It’s a good location and the breakfast was excellent. It could do with a bit of tlc and if you want to use the rooftop jacuzzi, make sure you book in advance. Also worth checking what day you are going to be in Cilous as eating options are extremely limited on a Monday."

"good hotel but defo not a 4 star you should ask for a room with no ll inclusive restaurant incredibly slow - we ate in two hours due to long service hotels quite old i dont think it will get 4 star again probs a 3 star - this should be 60 euros a night not more"

"Bâtiment avec une histoire, bien aménagé, chambre spacieuse avec balcon et vue jusqu'à la mer dans un grand jardin paysager. Très bien situé entre la côte et le Maido ce qui nous a permis de partir assez tôt le matin, de bénéficier d une vue dégagée sans nuage puis de revenir à la Villa pour prendre un bon petit déjeuner avant de reprendre la route. Mais la cerise sur le gâteau c'était l adaptabilité de Sabine qui a répondu à nos souhaits pourquoi pas prévus dans la prestation...je recommande...

"Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys. "

"C’est un plaisir pour moi d’attribuer ces premières notes à cet établissement familial, où nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison.  Une grande chambre propre avec toilette et douche, récemment rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le partage avec les autres clients et le propriétaire pendant le dîner et le petit déjeuner qui d’ailleurs nous ont permis de découvrir une cuisine locale haute en saveur. Après une quinzaine de jours passés sur L’ile le rapport qualité,...
