"Amazing location in the old city right beside the Frontenac. Comfy beds and nice sized rooms. Free espresso maker and hot chocolate in downstairs lounge. Friendly helpful front desk staff. My only complaints were small: only one small mat to put wet boots on made the room very damp and smelly after 3 days. Quebec is very snowy- need more space to hang damp clothes /mittens/ boots! Robes and a hairdryer would’ve been handy. Housekeeping didn’t empty garbage or do a good cleaning job. Overall very...

"Exceptional service and great location."

"We loved how helpful the staff was here! We never felt rushed while standing at the reception desk asking questions. We needed help working the wine bar/self pour and Ibrahim was more than willing to walk over, open the machine and reset the bottle reader. They even helped us decide on dinner and booked our reservations. Rooms were clean, plenty of hot shower water, and the large Finnish Sauna was lovely. Beds were a little hard for our taste, but to each their own! "

"We have been going here for many years. It is a quiet peaceful setting with Inn qualities. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend upgrading to first class room if possible as the access is much more convenient and the rooms are much nicer. Overall very nice stay. "

"The property was clean and well maintained. The many tropical plants in the atrium around the pool were beautiful. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The room was spacious and well equipped however we found that the bed and pillows weren't comfortable enough. "
