In any case, the view was stellar (I could watch that Ferris wheel at night for 30 minutes and not see a repeated light pattern), as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent range of Western and Japanese options. Housekeeping performed excellently and consistently, which is rarer than you might think.
