"Excellent location close to train station and public transportation (tram and buses). Close to lots of restaurants and main shopping venues. Room was reasonable size but bathroom could be updated. The temperature in the room and floors is too high and even with AC, could not reach an « acceptable » temperature. There is a gym with limited equipment (and again very hot). Excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. "

"A hip hotel where you check in at a bar. The rooms were spacious and I like that you can control the room temperature. Location is fantastic and safe, and walkable to many great food options. The gym was also nice and had enough variety for me to get a good workout. "

"We chose the hotel because of it's spa facilities and pool. The spa is not extensive, there is a sauna and the usual treatments available, and the rooftop pool offers great views across the city. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the Grand Place and next door to the Metro so getting around was easy. Very good standard of room with all the latest pad control with access to services. "The hotel was very close to the opera house and the city center with all its shops. It was also an easy walk to the Royal Art museums. The room was very clean and spacious. I will definitely try to stay here on my next visit to Brussels."
