"We enjoyed our stay at the Manadrina. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful and it was great to have a restaurant on site. Rooms were comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a good international selection but it would have been nice to have a larger selection of fruit. "This is a beautiful traditional hotel with lots of memorabilia from famous people who have stayed there. It is spacious and comfortable with many choices of restaurants serving a variety of foods. The only downside is in wet weather many outdoor tables/seating aren’t usable. We particularly enjoyed the high tea and watching the criminal lowering of the flag at dusk. All staff members are courteous and friendly."

"The hotel is a nice discovery and a modern interior with a heritage exterior. Even the parking is underground that takes your car on an elevator. I enjoyed the facilities except a few downs. One is they don’t have an iron in the room, even the one they brought on request didn’t work. The housekeeping was requested to do the cleaning towards the evening but they didn’t show up. We asked for two plates and cutleries, cutleries were clean but the plates looked as if they didn’t wash them....

"We stayed for two nights. ALL of the staff are BRILLIANT and looked after us really well. The room was spacious and the rain-shower incredible… probably the best I’ve had.
