I think the overall gripes with this hotel is the general cleanliness. The pool area and general surroundings need a regular clean. "The hotel is beautiful. The property is on the older side, but very well kept and very clean. The villas are self contained which is super nice, very private. The property is surrounded by greenery, singing birds and the views are spectacular. The staff are so kind and always went above and beyond. Karon beach is very close, you get access through a trail path that is a bit steep down hill but not more than a 15min walk. The food options are limited nearby so you have to take a taxi to Karon...

"Old Town Phuket can be pretty crazy. It was always nice to come back to my nice quiet safe hotel with the beautiful sunrise. No hot water once in my 10-day stay. Oh and 450 baht for breakfast is kind of pricey for the area. The pool was really nice on those hot days though."

"Perfect little corner to enjoy a beach life for a few days. Staff as well as everyone in the neighborhood (shipowners, restaurant folks, etc) are beyond nice. Such a great community. PS. Hotel’s restaurant is under a renovation as of Nov 2024. So, there are construction activities in the property but they never really interrupt our days."

"Good resort. Breakfast was great. It took us 5 minutes to get from the front desk to our room. It's that big! The views were incredible! The room was comfortable and the beach was very close. The staff at the front desk was a bit cold but okay. The people at the taxi stand were helpful and kind. The happy hour was buy one get one. Very large resort so it took a day to figure out navigation. Would recommend!"
