"We arrived at Odin on 21 Dec. The lobby looks renovated but had TVs, tools, debris and construction materials all over the place. As we got off the lift, the hallway had construction materials strewn all over the floor with broken frame beds, broken nightstands and broken A/Cs. The first room, the safe was broken, it didn’t have a shower head, the door to the balcony would not lock, & there were clearly missing pieces of furniture in the room. We asked for another room and had the same issues...

"Its the second time I’m coming to Pek House during my stay in Phuket. Nuna the host is amazing super helpful with everything and kind. Pek house is a bit out of the centre (20 min by walk) of Phuket, is close to the pier where the ferry to phiphi departing. Is is a quiet area and rooms are clean. Everytime I’m going to Phuket I’m coming here. "

"Everything was as expected but starting to do construction a floor above at 9am was a bit uncalled for. At least wait u til 11am and check out time to make it fair, i wasnt checking out but was hoping for a sleep in. Otherwise a bit of outdated bathroom fixtures that were leaking but for the price it wasnt bad all in all"

"Wonderful guesthouse, stepped out right into Kata night market where we had most of our food. Beach is a 12 minute walk. Lots of other food and shopping options. Didn't mind not having elevator, but the only issue was the beds were very uncomfortable with no option for a mattress pad. "

"The staff are friendly and the location is decent. However we felt disappointed with the lack of house keeping. We stayed eight nights and only received housekeeping one time. No toiletries, no bottled water, a shower with very weak water pressure, a fridge which barely functioned and a problematic leaky air conditioning unit. "Was good hotel, basic service. No toilet paper supplied and TV not work. But overall good stay. Had one issue, whilst staying we got locked out hotel for few hours one night, needed to call them and wake them up to open door."

"Came here for the vegetarian festival and could not have picked a better hotel. On my first day I had a balcony view of the processions. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. They brought water and coffee daily. The room had a mural of old town Phuket that was charming. Located in walking distance of all the sites in old town.Even though I ended up sick most of the trip, I felt relaxed and comfortable here"

" The check-in process was very difficult. Plan on waiting for a key. When she finally did and you want to rest and relax but the air-conditioner barely works. What makes this day intolerable is the rooster that starts crowing at 2 AM in the morning and doesn’t stop till 7 AM. The whole situation is obnoxious! "I have stayed in a private room for 2 nights and one and only the myanmar hostel staff is very nice, friendly and professional. upon arrival, they cant find my booking, even though there were comminication barrier, she manage to help me to contact the hostel Manager to settle my check in. The room was clean with comfortable bed . "The owners were so lovely and attentive, made sure we got onto our experience and always asked how we were! Room was comfy! Location good, only 10 mins walk to the old town where there is some good food options! Definitely would stay again."

"I only stayed one night. The room had everything I needed and was reasonably priced. Unfortunately, it was difficult to communicate with the hotel. I sent a message through the app about an issue and never got a response. You have to go through a coffee shop to get to the hotel and it was unclear if the staff worked for the hotel or the coffee shop. Also, my room overlooked a bar and the music was very loud until about 1:00 a.m. I had to use a white noise app and ear plugs to sleep. "
