"I loved the age of the building, dating in parts from 1470, and fitting in with the historical architecture and atmosphere of Bruges. My spacious room overlooked the canal, which was a treat. The hotel is a short walk from the city centre and a perfect base for exploration on foot. The breakfast buffet selection is excellent. All the staff members I met were extremely helpful and friendly."

"Fabulous location. Tight spot for parking but good to be able to book ahead. Room was tiny for a superior double. Hard to get around the bed with luggage for two but we weren’t in the room except for sleeping. Breakfast choice good but hot options not hot - Luke warm at best, often just cold. Besides the excellent service, it is affordable and well situated, being 10 minutes or so walk from most of the important sights and restaurants. The rail station is also a 15-20min walk away, while a bus stop/interchange is 5 minutes walk away.
