"1. Great service from start to finish. 2. Good food. 3. Room was smaller than expected for the price 4. Public transport was a 850m to 1km away which makes it difficult during the rainy winters. 5. "Lovely hotel. 10 mins walk from HBF train station. In busy area but at the end of it so very quiet. Room comfort good and got upgraded to suite with Expedia gold status. Very strange though that you had to wait until exactly 3pm to check which made the 3pm shift start busy while the morning person did nothing. Odd bar never had a bartender? Overal nice and would definitely stay again if I was in the area. "
