"The area the hotel is located is nice...shopping, great restaurants and you can easily get to downtown or 610. My only negative is the hotel is currently under renovation, and I wasn't aware of that prior to booking, so none of the hotel amenities were accessible. Luckily, we only had one night booked or this would have been a very disappointing stay."

"We stayed inside for the entire day due to a LONG week of travel. It was perfect sleep and honestly had a great nap. Our room was close to the elevator on the 4th floor and it was REALLY noisy. However, we did check in a few hours early and the staff was lovely, especially Michelle, our server at breakfast. The shuttle was prompt and everything was really great. The hotel just needed a little updating. Great recharge for my family, though, and super close the the hotel."

Our karate team went there for an event and when we asked for a table for 30, they said NO, because they didn't have the staff to support a table for 30. If you're hosting an event, the hotel should be staff properly. "

You are within walking distance to Cynthia Woods Pavilion for concerts, the Woodlands Mall for shopping, a movie theatre, and the Woodlands waterway for dining and nightlife.
