"This hotel was perfect. I have absolutely nothing negative to say at all. It was so clean with housekeeping everyday. The room was spacious and had plenty of places to put my coat, shoes and suitcases. Super quiet and located in a courtyard away from the noisy main area, but it was right in the middle of Old Town and walkable to everything you would want to see. Staff was great and super friendly. I would totally stay here again next time I am in Innsbruck. "

"Solo traveler going through Europe for the first time. Not much was available in Innsbruck at the time so I booked just 10-15 minutes outside city in Rum. It was almost next door to a bus/tram/train terminal which was awesome and even better was you barely heard them going. Only two things I didn’t like (which is just personal) but it is very old school and no 24/7 reception. For example the door to your room is opened with a key, not a tap card. We had a great breakfast, it looks small but everything is refilled all the time. You can choose whatever you want, different breads, eggs, fruit, yoghurt etc.. Would stay here again next time."
