"Traditional hotel that has been refurbished. The room was good nd the bathroom clean with a good shower . We were disappointed the hotel didn’t have a lounge to relax in ,the bar was only open in the evening. We arrived early in the day and had to go to a coffee shop to wait until check in time . Breakfast was excellent with plenty choice "

"Loved this hotel. Great buffet breakfast with clean rooms and the area is all walking streets with shops and restaurants. The staff we very friendly and helpful and 10 minute walk from main train station. Would stay again for sure"

"Sudkystens at Pillehill is a a great place to relax and get a fabulous meal. It’s located in a beautiful countryside with a stellar view. We had a dip in the hot tub, which is situated in a lovely garden, and sipped on champagne from the carefully curated wine cellar. If you stay overnight, breakfast is great. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom up to date and clean. We note that our unit had a carpet that needs to be replaced. Otherwise, what a great place to enjoy holidays! "

This is not mentioned in the room spec presented on the hotels.com webpage. Pictures for this room are not showing this either. If I had known this I would've taken another hotel.
