"The only criticism we have got is the rooms were to hot no air conditioning we booked dinner on the Tuesday and was told to sit in the lounge and some one would come and take you to your table we waited until 8.45 and had to tell them we were still waiting for our table it seems they had forgot about us we didn’t get in until 9.00 the tables were in the bar when I went in to get a drink there was 3 empty tables this was at 8.10 apart from that the hotel is in a nice quite setting."

"Wonderful hotel with excellent spa facilities! Friendly, attentive staff, always willing to help. Ate in the new Terra restaurant and although food was very good, the menu was a little confusing as it didn't explain that the main courses were for 2 people. We ordered 2 of them and this far too much. One meal was mostly wasted which ( at these prices) was an expensive mistake."
