Pick up service from ferry port was super helpful. The variety of buffet was impressive, but somehow, things tasted better 2 years...

"Walk uphill at end of day after sailing was a grind. Self imposed as the hotel offered shuttles at various times. Could not have been more helpful but you have to be prepared for very Japanese experience. Try the restaurant in the hotel. Not well advertised but very attentive waiter. "

"The room was large and had comfortable beds. The room was really warm though. Also there is no shower or bath in the room. It is only community bath so you should be aware of it. The staff was all really kind though. "
