"Extremely happy with the hotel and the staff. We were treated so kindly at check-in by Ms. Esther and helped by everyone else with all kinds of questions and needs we have. The location can't be beat. So convenient to stay at the mall, especially if you have children. Just spend the extra money and stay here, you will not regret it."

I had a few issues with my initial room that I was given at check in, and when I brought them up to the onsite manager, he quickly went out of his way to change my room. ALL of the staff I interacted with were fantastic. From the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond. The rooms were great and very comfortable.
