"The hotel was generally excellent. Good location, great breakfast, nice room and staff. The only slight disappointment was the bar services. Theye were a bit overpriced, the sunken bar hasn't been used for years, and the main bar had no atmosphere (or customers). "

She instead of apologizing and solving the issue, she asked me if I requested to have my room cleaned. That was not professional and not acceptable. The beaches were useless. They were dirty and empty."
