"On arrival, the shower tiles and floor of the shower had mould, but we were too tired to complain until we settled in. The next morning we had the duty manager "Rain" come in to have a look and take photos. We were shown a premier room, but it was too small. We were given a complimentary breakfast. There was a good spread to choose from. Lter that afternoon after we came back, we were given a corner room which was bigger and we were happy with that. "

"The good: The property is clean and comfortable, with a convenient location close to major attractions. The room faces away from the road, ensuring no traffic noise. The bad: Soundproofing is poor; conversations from neighboring rooms are clearly audible. Additionally, parking incurs an extra charge."

"Took the suite, spacious, clean and comfortable with complimentary fruits and cookies. Had a bit of ants on the table. Room service food order was quite fast and taste was ok, reasonable. Connected to mid valley mall and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. "
